How do I log into VSware for the first time and use the App?
To access your VSware account, we will send you a unique username and a VSware URL (website address) that is specific to our school. https://cpnaomhmhuire.app.vsware.ie
These details are usually sent to you in via SMS.
*VSware is best accessed through Google Chrome. You can access the site on the internet browser on your mobile device also or through the school app. We strongly advise parents to download the App as all absences will now be inputted by you through the App.

How do I access term reports?
Once you are logged in you will see term reports in the menu on the left hand side. Please watch the VSware information video from 1:40-2:00 to see this demonstrated.
How do I enter subject preferences?
You will only be allowed to enter these preferences during a date range set up by the school. When you enter the preferences, they can be viewed by the administration of our school and these will be used to calculate subject option lines which will try satisfy the greatest number of the student population. You can re-visit this screen at any time during the permitted date range to make any changes you wish to make. Whatever is entered when the date range has expired will be the preferences used by the school.

How to reset your own password as a parent?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself without having to contact the school. To do this, follow the video and the step by step instructions in the following link.
